What Types of Roles Do You Place?
We specialize exclusively in construction leadership roles including Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Site Supervisors and Foremen. For existing clients we can also fill other construction related positions upon request.
How Long Does the Recruitment Process Take?
We aim to present qualified candidates within 30 days of receiving your job description and ideal candidate profile. Timelines may vary depending on the seniority of the role and market availability, but we always keep you informed throughout the process. Tier 2 Strategic Talent Acquisition Partners receive faster turnaround times as their roles are prioritized over contingency clients.
Do You Offer a Placement Guarantee?
Yes. Every placement comes with a 30-day replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves, is terminated, or does not meet expectations within the first 30 days for any reason, we will provide a one-time replacement at no additional placement fee. From day 31 to day 60, replacement is available only for verified issues including misrepresented credentials or qualifications, invalid or fraudulent safety certifications, serious misconduct or safety violations, or failure to meet verified skill requirements. The maximum guarantee period is 90 days from the candidate's start date. Tier 2 Strategic Partners receive expedited priority replacement service.
