Mariama founded Search Point Agency LTD with a simple belief: recruitment should be built on relationships, not transactions.
After years working in talent acquisition and human resources, she recognized a gap in the industry. Employers were struggling to find the right people, while talented professionals were often placed in roles that weren't the right fit. She created Search Point to offer a more thoughtful, personalized approach to recruitment.
Today, Mariama partners with employers across Canada and the United States, helping them hire skilled professionals across technical, operational, and professional roles. She believes every successful placement begins with understanding a client's business, culture, and long-term goals.
